Basic rules of personalisation of Dr.Bacty thermal mugs
By personalisation we mean the possibility to place the customer's own inscription on the mug.

The following rules of personalisation apply:

1. the inscription can be divided into a maximum of 3 lines
2. each line can contain a text of maximum 13 characters (letters, numbers or special characters)
3. the inscription can be made using one of 3 fonts: Anonymous Pro, Lemon, Monoton
4. only 1 font can be used per order
5. For technological reasons we do not print special characters in inscriptions - e.g. emoji.

We do not allow hate speech
Orders containing hate speech will not be fulfilled and the cost incurred by the customer will be refunded. In particular, we do not allow promoting violence, attacking other people or making threats because of their race, ethnicity, origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religion, age, disability or serious illness.

In each case, it is up to the shopkeeper or a designated employee to decide whether a sign violates the above rules. In each case, this decision is irrevocable. The customer will be informed of the decision by email.

Can a personalised Dr.Bacty thermal mug be returned?
According to the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827) article 38, point 3, products manufactured to the consumer's specifications or to meet the consumer's individualised needs are not subject to the right of return.
