In order to process the return efficiently, the parcel should contain:

  • The returned product
  • Completed ‘Withdrawal from the contract’ (recommended, but not mandatory)
  • Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt) or order number

The parcel should be carefully protected so that the product is not damaged in transit.

  1. If you make a purchase as a Consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you have taken possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you has taken possession of the goods. If the subject of the contract consists of several items which are delivered separately, the period shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you have taken possession of the last item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you has taken possession of the last item.
  3. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example in writing sent by post to the following address: Red Bird ‘Returns’, Franciszka Plocka 7, 94-106 Łódź or by e-mail to the following e-mail address: zwroty@redbird.pl.

  5. You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
  6. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
  7. In the event of withdrawal, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods to you (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.
  8. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item or until you provide proof of return, whichever event occurs first. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different solution and it does not incur additional costs for you. Please send back or hand over the returned item to us without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from your use of the item other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

Quick complaints

The seller informs you that he is obliged to deliver goods free of defects.

If the purchased goods are defective or not in accordance with your order, you can file a complaint.

In order to process the complaint as efficiently as possible, the parcel should include:

  • product under complaint
  • a completed letter of complaint (recommended, but not obligatory)
  • proof of purchase or details of the person for whom the order was placed

At the latest within 14 days from the date of receipt of the consignment with the defective goods, we will respond to the complaint submitted and inform you of further action.
In the event of a defect in the goods, you have the right to lodge a complaint within a period of 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods and 1 year from the date the goods were found to be defective (unless otherwise stated on the product).
